If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, please return it for a refund or store credit within 90 days of purchase.

• Out-of-date products, products within 30 days of their expiration date, and BULK items will not be accepted for refund. Store credit may be issued instead.

• If an item is damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped by BioStar, please contact Customer Service immediately.

If returning an item, we will email you a prepaid shipping label that you can print and place on your box to be dropped off at the nearest FedEx location. If you prefer another shipping method, you may send your return to:
