Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with one of our products, please return it for a refund or store credit within 90 days of purchase. We will not accept out of date products for refund, or products within 30 days of their expiration date. If an item is damaged in transit or incorrectly shipped by BioStar please contact Customer Service immediately.

If returning an item, we will email you a prepaid shipping label that you can print and place on your box to be dropped off at the nearest FedEx location. If you prefer another shipping method, you may send your return to: BioStar Returns, One Cleveland Street, Suite 800, Gordonsville, VA 22942. Once the item(s) is received we will credit your account or refund your credit card. Please be sure to include your order number with the return.
