Buckaroos cool down canine

My boys allergic to kale so unfortunately couldnt tolerate it but ordered the bovine colostrum and we are very pleased with it!!

BioStar Customer Service is unmatched!!

There really are not enough words here... I had updated my original review to include a caution to others if they were using this product about the "chunks" in the product possibly causing digestive issues in dogs prone to bloat or with sensitive digestion. I was still using the product and sifting the chunks out because the product is awesome and I felt it was still worth giving it without the chunks, BioStar contacted me and did up a Custom blend without the chunks for my Maggie, it honestly brings tears to my eyes that they did this for me, really can't thank them enough for caring enough to do that. Thank you is not enough, but it honestly touched my heart more than I could ever put into words!!

Beyond Awesome Product

"Just wanted to express many thanks for the new product Cool Down K9, what an awesome product!!!!!!!! I have 2 Greater Swiss Mt Dogs and the older one is 12 and a half and the other is 9, I usually use your Colostrum, these dogs are beyond sensitive to changes to the diet but the 12 year old runs hot and I wanted to try this which I rarely try new supplements because more often than not they cannot tolerate them, I started this right away when it came and WOW, literally saw a difference in them on the first day!!! And they are tolerating it just fine so far which never happens!! They have more energy!! And love the taste!! It smells so good I want to try it myself LOL, please pass this along to the appropriate people as I want them to know what an amazing product this is, will keep getting this for sure, thank you for the effort and integrity that go into your products, it shows!! Wanted to share some important info

I was the original reviewer of this product, have been purchasing this since it launched, I still think this is a fantastic product and BioStar products are very high quality, however I did want to share that as my dogs have gotten older and probably do not have optimal digestion, that they cannot tolerate all of the "chunks" in this product, which as of recent there seems to be more larger pieces of things, stem pieces and possibly pumpkin seeds from the pumpkin meal, the apple pieces. I have large breed dogs that can bloat, I had contacted Biostar about this and the formulator, did respond quickly with some tips about hydrating the product to make the chunks more digestible, I was already doing that. I thought that I was picking out enough of larger pieces to correct this but didn't realize how many of what appears to broken pumpkin seeds was still in the product, those pieces ended up causing my older dog to bloat badly, thank goodness I had a bloat kit which I had never used in many years of having it on the shelf, in a matter of minutes of coming home and finding her in great distress, had to pass the stomach tube from the kit and relieve the pressure, and to my shock much of what came out in the tube with the fluid was the "chunks" PLEASE USE WITH CAUTION IN BREEDS THAT BLOAT OR HAVE SENSITIVE DIGESTION, my girl is ok now and I now put this through a fine mesh strainer to still give her some of the powder, sure wish they would take these chunks out of this product
