Quantum EQ™ includes the purified bioresin shilajit from the Himalayas, used for thousands of years in Ayurvedic medicine. "Shilajit" translates from Sanskrit as "conquer of mountains, destroyer of weakness." Shilajit supports healthy mitochondrial function, which is important for energy, stamina, metabolism, and recovery. Shilajit supports the production of CoQ10, the up-regulation of collagen, and healthy bone remodeling.
