Artisan Poultices:
Our poultices are made by hand in the time honored art of poultice preparation, without the use of stainless steel instruments (utensils, mixers, bowls) to ensure high conductivity of the clays. The unique concentration of clays and essential oils are designed for a thin layer application. Although a heavy or thick application can be applied, it is not necessary. Using a thin layer will produce superior results.
Directions for Use:
For Animal Use Only.
Cover area with a thin layer of Traumera. Let dry before washing off. Can be applied several times per day as needed, applied on top of other topical medications, or around the area being treated.

Works wonders on my pets and homesteading.
Great product to have on hand
I have purchased this product for years to assist rapid healing of small cuts, abrasions and to eliminate cannon crud/scurf. A bonus for grey/white horse owners is that it dries to a white color. Note to producer: This time, the product was *much* more liquid than typical. It still works fine, but is a bit messy and forms a less tidy coating over the treated area.

I bought this with idea of ‘can’t hurt just to see’. I love this stuff. I have used it on a horse who gets major reactions to bug bites. He had a horse fly bite with swelling. Usually I struggle for days to clear it. One application of traumera and it was clear the next day. I have used it on scrapes and scratches with the same result. Used on sore on dogs foot. Even used it my self on a bee sting. Instantly felt better. It is great. (As a side note I also bought the hoof clay and llm poultice- they are equally great). Super happy your products were recommended to me.

I’m sure it’s good, if used. It was more like clay than I’d expected, so it just sat on top of my dog's foot and then fell off. (I know I was supposed to put a sock over it, but that would have been impossible with my Rottweiler.) I mixed it with a little water to cause it to stay on, and then he ate it. I decided to stop using it.
