Traumera™ is an artisan poultice designed specifically for care of wounds, abrasions, stings, hives, scratches and sores on horses. Made in the ancient traditions of poultices, by hand, and without metal implements.

• Traumera combines Kaolin and Bentonite clays with Colloidal Silver, known for its historic use as an antimicrobial and anti-fungal.

• Along with coconut oil, the formula combines Frankincense and Myrrh essential oils. Frankincense and myrrh are among the treasured oils of the ancient world, used for wound healing by the Egyptians and for skin healing by the Romans.

• Traumera also includes carrot seed oil, for its topical antioxidant properties.

Artisan Poultices:

Our poultices are made by hand in the time honored art of poultice preparation, without the use of stainless steel instruments (utensils, mixers, bowls) to ensure high conductivity of the clays. The unique concentration of clays and essential oils are designed for a thin layer application. Although a heavy or thick application can be applied, it is not necessary. Using a thin layer will produce superior results.

Cover area with a thin layer of Traumera. Let dry before washing off. Can be applied several times per day as needed, applied on top of other topical medications, or around the area being treated.
